Picked in the wee hours of the morning on the 20th of February ‘25 at Chrismont Estate in the King Valley, Rizza copped a few hours of skin contact on the way back to Melbourne before metamorphosing into a zippy, citrus-forward and floral number after two-weeks of cool fermentation. This delicate wine had everything to lose, so we sealed the deal and bottled it straight away.
