90 days on skins made this the last wine to be ‘dropped’ into the press for vintage 2025. Juicy and smashable, with tropical fruits, a bit of grip and a dash of saline minerality, the Last Drop is 85% Yarra Valley Sauvignon Blanc and 15% King Valley Pinot Grigio (for all the blendists out there).
