Another great bunch of grapes from Chrismont in the King Valley, this wine fermented for five days on skins and turned out to have a good bit of grip, plenty of red fruit flavours and a savoury edge. Goes bloody well with pork or tofu. Shockingly a Pinot Grigio despite the noiresque colour.
